Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br /> permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> addendums supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br /> Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br /> installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 4. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br /> the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 5. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br /> a. Testing of new line leak detectors <br /> 6.
