The samples will be labeled, placed on ice and <br /> delivered under chain of custody protocol to C&T. Samples will be filtered in the <br /> laboratory with a 0.45 micron filter and with a 0.10 micron filter. Both samples will be <br /> analyzed for lead. <br /> Investigation derived waste(IDW)will be stored in Department of Transportation- <br /> approved 55-gallon drums. All drums will be properly labeled to identify contents, date <br /> of collection and contact information. Upon completion of the field work the waste will <br /> be profiled and properly disposed. <br /> Health and Safety <br /> All work will be conducted in accordance with a site specific Health and Safety Plan <br /> (HASP). The HASP will meet the requirements for health and safety protection and <br /> planning as required by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) <br /> requirements in Title 29 Code of Federal Regulation, Part 1910 and 1926 as <br /> applicable. <br /> Schedule <br /> The GeoProbeO installation is scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2008.
