Used to be UPRR and had no address. <br /> Today the Assessor webpage lists this parcel as 'retired'. new parcel number is <br /> now 23515028 as shows CITY OF TRACY as the owners. ??? You CAN'T drill on property NOT under the <br /> RP's ownership w/o their permission.
