It ALSO is City of Tracy
property. APN: 23515029. No address shown and this used to be APN: 23515009
and owned by UPRR. it's now retired also....
same problem...need landowner signed access, or in this case, City encroachment
permit before I can issue.
From: Mike Infurna [EH]
Sent: Tuesday, July 15, 2008 8:49 AM
To: 'Phillips, Hollis'
Subject: RE: UPRR Tracy WP - APPROVAL by DTSC
Hollis,
I working on your stuff now.
Big problem right off. There has been some land ownership changes recently.
Previous Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) have changed as wll as ownership. My
concern is where your map shows "OU-4" for borings "GPW-1 thru GPW-3".
This parcel was formerly APN: 23515016. Used to be UPRR and had no address.
Today the Assessor webpage lists this parcel as 'retired'. new parcel number is
now 23515028 as shows CITY OF TRACY as the owners. ??? UPRR selling off
property? City doing the eminent domain thing?
either way, it changes how I do things. You CAN'T drill on property NOT under the
RP's ownership w/o their permission. You have a written access agreement?
UPRR have something with City signatures saying OK TO DRILL?
do you have the City's encroachment permit to enter? I can't issue w/o the City ok...
see why I tell people allow ten working days from submittal to issue?
7/15/2008
