My apologies. Fees changed
on July 1, 2007 that increased the hourly rate to $98. The new 3-hour prepayment fee is $294. Since we didn't
update it in time, your submittal amount will be accepted. I'll waive the balance due from the 3 hour pre payment.
As for the locations of some of these CPTs, I was going off your own application forms/submittals and the AP#
you listed opn each as well as the CPT#s noted on each. The application you submitted for CPT-3 & 4 had AP#
235-150-06 on it. And the application for CPT-1 & 2 had AP#235-150-23 listed in the upper right corner. You're
telling me all 4 CPTs are on ONE parcel, AP#235-150-23 now. Ok, then I'll combine the two applications you sent
into one.CPTs 1 thru 4 are handled.(Permit#1)
The same situation exists for CPTs 13 thru 16. These were listed on your application submittal with AP#235-
150-09. And CPTs 17 thru 19 were included on your submitted application with AP#235-150-02. Based on what
you said below, AP# ....-02 is too far to the east, I take that as CPTs 17 thru 19 as well as CPTs 13 thru 16 are
ALL on the same parcel, AP#235-150-23. I'll combine these two also. Now CPTs, 13 thru 19 are handled.
(Permit#2)
CPTs 5 thru 9 are on City of Tracy property. One permit is for these. (Permit#3)
This leaves CPTs 10 thru 12. Based on the map and your submittal, they are all on AP#235-150-16. One last
permit for these. (Permit#4).
Four permits will be issued.
Based on these parcels and CPTs, no work is to be/will be done on parcels 235-150-06, 235-150-02, or 235-150-
15, since no permit has been issued for them. Let me know if you need to expand out on to these parcels before
you actually drill on them.
In the future please ensure that your maps jive with the SJ County assessor maps. I recommend you figure out
how to superimpose your maps and boring locations over a SJC map that clearly shows the borders off the
parcels. Correct fees will be required in the future in order to process your submittals.
I will advise when the permits are issued.
Mike Infurna
SJCEHD- Unit IV
(209)468-3454.
From: Engard, Brett [mailto:Brett.Engard@arcadis-us.com]
Sent: Monday, September 10, 2007 8:26 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: "Bow Tie" UPRR area Tracy
Mike,
According to this site, three hours time is $285; this can be settled later,
9/10/2007
