Measurement of liquid surface elevation and depth of monitoring <br /> well. <br /> -- 2. Field check for <br /> presence of floating product. <br /> r, <br /> 3. if measurement of floating product is X1/4 inch, a groundwater <br /> ' sample is taken. <br /> i <br /> - 4. Prior to sampling a minimum of four well casings of water is <br /> removed. <br /> 5. During purging, water is monitored for temperature, pH, and <br /> specific conductance. <br /> i . <br /> 6. Samples for analysis are placed in EPA-approved containers, <br /> 7. Samples are immediately put in a chilled cooler for transportation. <br /> ti <br /> - to a state-certified analytical laboratory. <br /> T 8.
