Spill Prevention,Control,and Countermeasures Plan
City of Ripon
Fueling Station
Page 16
4.0 FACILITY RESPONSE PLAN [40 CFR 112.201
Due to its location, the Facility cannot reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment
by discharging oil into navigable waters of the United States. In addition, the oil capacity is under the
Facility Response Plan threshold of 1,000,000 gallons. Consequently, a Facility Response Plan is not
required.
5.0 LIMITATIONS
This SPCC Plan was written in general conformance with the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulations
found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 112 (40 CFR part 112) as of the date of
preparation.A cross-reference matrix is not required to be prepared, but one has been included to facilitate
the use of this SPCC Plan. The SPCC Plan is based on observations made during our site visit and
information provided by City of Ripon. No independent mechanical or integrity inspection of the fueling
system and its operations, loading/unloading, storage systems, components, and features was performed.
The scope of work did not include review of compliance with state and local building, fire, or electrical
codes.
City of Ripon is solely responsible for implementation of this SPCC Plan. This Plan is not complete without
full implementation of the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112. Condor Earth cannot and does not guarantee,
assure, or warrant that spills and/or releases will not occur at the Facility.
X:\Project\8000_prj\8190 City of Ripon SPCC Update\Reports\FR 2020129 City of Ripon SPCC Plan.docx
lk4g
i CONDOR
