6 . Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 118 - 206 . At least one accessible <br /> route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible <br /> passenger loading zones ; public streets and sidewalks ; and public transportation stops to the <br /> accessible building or facility entrance they serve . Where more than one route is provided , all routes <br /> must be accessible . § 11 B - 206 . 2 . 1 <br /> 7 . At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings , accessible facilities , accessible <br /> elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site . § 11 B -206 . 2 . 2 <br /> & At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all accessible <br /> spaces and elements within the building or facility , including mezzanines , which are otherwise <br /> connected by a circulation path . § 11 B -206 . 2 . 4 <br /> 9 . Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with Chapter <br /> 11 B of the California Building Code . Note that accessible parking spaces are required for each phase <br /> of the project . These parking space ( s ) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to <br /> the building . <br /> 10 . Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility , per the requirements of Chapter 4 of the <br /> California Plumbing Code . <br /> 11 . Pursuant to Section 422 . 4 of the California Plumbing Code , toilet facilities shall be accessible to <br /> employees at all times , should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br /> employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs . The plans shall indicate the location <br /> of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas . <br /> 12 . This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations , Title 22 , Division 2 , Chapter 2 . 7 <br /> 1810 E .
