-2 - <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA - 2000066 ( UP ) <br /> 3 . The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards . Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6 ) foot high chain link fence <br /> or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more . Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval , <br /> prior to release of building permit . ( Development Title Section 9 - 1135 ) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee for the increased trips generated from this development shall <br /> be required for this application . The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record . ( Resolutions R - 00 - 433 ) <br /> 5 . The Regional Transportation Impact Fee for the increased trips generated from this development <br /> shall be required for this application . The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment . ( Resolution R - <br /> 06 - 38 ) <br /> 6 . Any additional signage or striping must be reviewed and approved by the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to issuance of the building permit . <br /> 7 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development . The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit . The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in an forty-two (42 ) foot <br /> wide right- of-way from the centerline of Eight Mile Road to the property line across the parcel ' s <br /> frontage . (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9 - 240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to <br /> be offered for dedication . ) ( Development Title Section 9 - 1150 . 5 ) <br /> 9 .
