' 20 July 1998 <br /> • AGE-NC Protect No 95-0137 <br /> ' Page 8 of 8 <br /> 4 2 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon ground water data collected from the site, AGE recommends the following <br /> ' • The PHS-EHD has indicated that soil and ground water remediation is necessary at the site <br /> and that a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) should be prepared The CAP should include a <br /> ' minimum of three remediation feasibility studies (e g in-situ air sparging pilot test, soil <br /> vapor extraction and select bio-enumerations)to determine appropriate remedial options for <br /> ' the site Additionally, a ground water well survey for the site will be included in the CAP <br /> • The next quarterly monitoring at the site should be scheduled for August 1998 <br /> 1 <br /> 5.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were-based mainly <br /> ' upon analytical results provided by an independent Iaboratory Evaluations of the geologic <br /> conditions at the site have been made from a limited number of available data points(I a monitoring <br /> wells), and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points No other warranty, <br /> ' expressed or implied, is made as to the professional recommendations contained in this report <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> Advanced GcoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> r <br />
