This facility's EPA ID nu ber is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose <br /> of, transport or offer for tra sportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. A copy of the <br /> application was provided b the owner and submitted to DTSC on the form provided by EHD. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 23. Two 5 gallon buckets o drained used filters were observed without a lid or labeling. Bills of lading <br /> for the recycling of used oil filters for 2008 and 2010 were not found on site. Used oil & gasoline filters <br /> must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil & gasoline filters," and <br /> marked with an accumulati n start date. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year <br /> may store the filters up to ne year. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three <br /> years. Immediately locate copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit c pies to the EHD by July 16, 2011. Since it cannot be determined how long <br /> the used oil filters have be n on site, immediately recycle the filters under a bill of lading and submit a <br /> copy of the bill of lading to he EHD by July 16, 2011. <br /> 60 & 63. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generato s shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br /> receipts used in a consolid ted manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br /> available for review. Imme iately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, <br /> maintain them on site, and ubmit copies to the EHD by July 16, 2011. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 85. Copies of universal wa to disposal records were not found on site. A generator of universal waste <br /> shall keep a record of each shipment of universal waste on site for at least three years.
