Recommendations and General Conditions
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department issued a letter on June 9,2003 directing more
sampling events and a mass volume calculation for contaminated soil. That requirement has been
• met and the property owner should be relieved of any further water sample analysis.
No further Action Required is Requested.
It is the opinion of this author that this diesel spill is not a danger to the groundwater. Your office
is requested to issue a letter of"No further Action Required" on this UST site investigation. Any
additional money spent on this particular investigation would be wasteful, and would be better spent
on the general reclamation of the property. Any future monies spent on this property should be
directed toward the goal of making this property a productive element of the Lodi community. This
is the last sampling event for this monitoring well unless directed in writing with a valid reason for
further monitoring.
The conditions listed in your June 9, 2003 letter have been meet, and no further action on this site
should be required.
Please contact Ervin Rifenburg of this office(2091368-9381)if any questions arise concerning this
report.
FEES/
Respectfully sub „4aaIFEe '
Foo n in ring
' No. 1975 "
Exp.
e
OFc
Enclosures:
1.
