Highway 99 in {E. <br /> Acampo ) California. The site is owned by Les Calkins 19825 N <br /> Highway. 99, Acampo Cal . 95220. Contact for the work will be Tim <br /> K Smith , P.O. Box 1121 Jackson, Cal . 45642, 209-223-2811 . <br /> The site is being investigated at a result of unauthorized <br /> attempts at bioremediation of leakage or Overfill contamination <br /> of diesel from two 10000 gallons tanks at the site. In addition a <br /> 550 gallon tank for regular gasoline storage was removed from the <br /> tank pit area with the diesel tanks . The tanks have been removed <br /> from the site and the pit shows visible hydrocarbon stains on the <br /> floor and side walls. Additionally there is a pile of spoils on <br /> the site, from the pit , which have also had unauthorized <br /> inoculations of bacteria for remediation, <br /> 1 <br /> INVESTIGATORS QUALIFICATIONS <br /> T & T Earth Service is a partnership between Hunt Drilling <br /> Cnmpany, Inc . and TKS Consulting Ltd . <br /> Hunt drilling holds a C(57) water well contractors license <br /> with Hazardous Substance Certificate and a Class A General: <br /> Engineering Contractor License (563952) . Tam Hunt holds Cal OSHA <br /> supervising certificate. Hunt Drilling personnel have completed <br /> the OSHA, Haz Mat Training Course. <br /> TKS Consulting holds a Registered Geologist Certification <br /> ( Tim K. Smith #4013) and a Registered Environmental Assessors <br /> Certification ( Tim K. Smith #00291 ) and has 20 years -professional <br /> genlcgic and hydrologic experience. In addition Tim K. Smith is <br /> enrolled and has completed the key courses in the U.C.
