Implementation of mitigation measures by the applicant <br /> to reduce vehicle miles traveled such as park & ride lots, <br /> car-pooling, bike paths, access to regional transit <br /> systems is suggested. <br /> 5 . Projects shall maintain adequate record keeping of <br /> mitigation measures, if applicable for the Air Pollution <br /> Control District staff in making scheduled or unscheduled <br /> inspections. <br /> 6. It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant <br /> to notify the District in writing with respect to the <br /> actual date of construction/grading one week prior to said <br /> activities. The applicant should use file no. UP-91-14 in <br /> the communication to the District and under the attention <br /> of the planning section if and when construction and/or <br /> grading is implemented. <br /> The District appreciates the opportunity to comment on the <br /> application.
