If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sanf oil separator and discharged to the City of <br /> Tracy sanitary sewer system. Obtain specifications from <br /> the City of Tracy Public Works Department. <br /> f. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground <br /> storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation of filling of earth <br /> material. <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (1) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements" . <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br />
