Davis Rd. Lodi CA 95240 Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> On site to conduct a routine HW inspection. (& <br /> 11. The following oil spills w re observed on the lot 4st of the maintenance shop: 3 foot diameter dark <br /> hydraulic oil stain on rocks Ilielow the CAT 80 Carry All heavy equipment, 2 foot diameter dark hydraulic <br /> oil stain on rocks below the AT 463 Carry All heavy equipment, and 2 foot diameter dark oil stain on <br /> rocks near the tractor. Dark it stains on dirt path at north west end of maintenance shop. Facilities shall <br /> be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air, soil, or surface ater which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br /> clean up any spilled oil and ontaminated rocks/soil, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Submit a state ent and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br /> by 3-11-11. Minor-Notice to omply. <br /> 64. Facility only had one bill of lading for disposal of spent lead acid batteries from the past three years. <br /> Not all of the disposal records for spent lead acid batteries from the past three years were on site. <br /> Facility must maintain a copy of the manifest or bill of lading for disposal of spent lead acid batteries for <br /> three years. Correct immediately by implementing this practice.
