RNAL REMEDIATION PLAN <br /> 14800 West Frontage Road Manteca California <br /> July 6 and <br />' August 23, 1990 NGA collected depth-to-groundwater measurements and <br /> groundwater samples from the eight monitoring wells <br /> ("Problem Assessment Report,"dated September 14, 1990, by <br />' NGA) <br /> January 31, 1991 Aegis collected and submitted for analysis groundwater <br />' samples from the eight monitoring wells ("Quarterly <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report," dated April 18, 1991) A <br />' total of thirty-two discrete soil samples were collected from the <br /> soil stockpile located on site <br />' July 22, 1991, through <br /> October 20, 1992 Aegis collected and submitted for analysis groundwater <br /> samples from the eight wells ("Quarterly Groundwater <br />' Monitoring Report") <br /> August 1991 Aegis, with approval from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department, used the existing stockpile <br /> for landscaping on site <br /> November 15, 1991 Aegis supervised drilling of one additional soil boring on site <br /> The boring was completed as 4-inch-diameter monitoring well <br /> MW-9 ("Problem Assessment Report," dated June 26, 1992) <br /> June 26, 1992 Aegis submitted a "Problem Assessment Report," dated <br /> June 26, 1992 <br /> 2.1 Site Description <br /> I The site facilities include a station budding, three UST, and retail fuel dispenser islands <br /> (Figure 2) <br /> fTo date, a total of eight on-site and one off-site (MW-5) groundwater monitoring wells <br /> have been installed (Figure 2) Monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-8 are 2-inch-diameter <br /> wells Well MW-9 is a 4-inch-diameter monitoring well Boring logs are included in <br /> Appendix B A summary of the analytical data is included in Table 2 <br /> 2.2 Subsurface Utilities <br /> Underground utilities are present beneath the site Prior to beginning fieldwork, <br /> Underground Service Alert will be contacted and the underground utilities will be marked <br /> 90-097A FRP 3- <br />
