This report provided informationthrough March <br /> 27 , 1995 The September 25 , 1995 , report by Apex states that they <br /> began work on the site on June 14 , 1999, after groundwater <br /> monitoring had been conducted by Emcon on May 9, 1995 There is <br /> over 2 months of information about the operation of the groundwater <br /> and vapor extraction system that has not been reported to PHS/EHD <br /> The laboratory analytical results and field note information from <br /> the May 9 , 1995, monitoring event have also not been provided to <br /> PHS/EHD Please submit by December 15, 1995, a report that covers <br /> all information obtained and work performed at the site from March <br /> 27, 1995, until June 14, 1995 . <br /> PHS/EHD staff made a site inspection on May 1, 199S, and was told <br /> that the total gallons of influent to the groundwater extraction <br /> system a•- that time was 116, 977 gallons . The September 25, 1995, <br /> Apex report states that the total flow on June 13 , 1995 was 83 , 128 <br /> gallons which is substantially less than the gallonage reported 6 <br /> weeks earlier. - Emcon reported that on March 13 , 1995 the total <br /> flow was 76, 000 gallons. - - - <br /> A Div*Lon of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
