The site is located in a commercial area of Manteca adjacent <br /> E.. to U.S. Highway 99 South. A small (4- to 5-roam) apartment house and a mobile home are located <br /> ! <br /> approximately 50 yards south of the site. The site is bordcifed on the east by Highway 99 South,cn the <br /> west by West Frontage Road and to the north by the on-ramp to Highway 99 South. <br /> r <br /> E 2.2 Site Ton_o2mohY <br /> The site slopes gently downward to the east toward U.S. Highway 99, 'There is approximately 4 feet of <br /> elevation difference from the west end to the east end of the site.
