Harlan Rd., French Camp on <br /> 4/28/10. IMS used to store their trailer tires at Union Pacific Railroad located at 1000 E. Roth Rd., French Camp. <br /> Since IMS no longer stores their tires at 1000 E. Roth Rd., I closed that TPID out(1376137-01). The TPID for <br /> IMS on 10762 S. Harlan Rd. is 1617763-01. IMS uses New Pride Corp. as their registered hauler(TPID <br /> 1471281-01). When the tires were at 1000 E. Roth Rd., New Pride picked up the waste tires and hauled them <br /> back to their facility located at 8977 Railroad Ave., Oakland. <br /> Now IMS is storing their waste tires in a Union Pacific Railroad (UPR) trailer at 10762 S. Harlan Rd. (same <br /> address as their main office). New Pride now subcontracts another hauler who comes and takes the UPR trailer <br /> with the waste tires to Union Pacific at 1000 E. Roth Rd. and loads them directly onto a train. From there the tires <br /> are shipped to another New Pride facility located at 1788 S. Hwy. 61 in Festus, Missouri. I talked to New Pride <br /> and they provided Bill of Ladings for the tires being transported via train. My question is that are Bill of Ladings <br /> sufficient documentation for the movement of the tires on the train to Missouri?Your timely response would be <br /> appreciated. <br /> On a different topic, I was preparing to do an inspection at Technical Services International (TSI) located at <br /> 1000 E. Roth Rd. (TPID 1400533-01). According to the WTMS, a hauler called Guadalupe Tires (TPID 1560811- <br /> 01) is manifesting using the TPID for TSI for tire pickups at Serrano's Tire located at 5657 York Blvd., Los <br /> Angeles. Here is the list of the dates I found that Guadalupe Tires is using TSI's TPID for waste tire pickups at <br /> Serrano's Tire: 1/7/08, 11/25/08, 1/19/09, 3/18/09, 3/31/09, 10/26/09, 11/16/09, 1/31/10, and 3/29/10.
