Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Debbie Brintz(Dispatcher). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted in Debbie's office. <br /> 3.) No waste tires observed on site. <br /> 4.) Manifests were on site and available for review during the inspection. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.)
