Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Bobby Atwal (Manager). <br /> 2.) TPID certificate is on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directed. <br /> 4.) No activity observed on WTMS. Bobby stated that they do not sell or generate waste tires and operate solely <br /> as an auto repair shop. Manager was inform that if requesting to inactivate TPID#and close site, all waste tires <br /> on site must be removed. Waste Tire Receipt and Removal Recordkeeping sheet was given to the manager. <br /> Manager was advise that when using an unregistered waste tire hauler to remove 9 or less waste tires a log <br /> must be kept to document removal of waste or used tires, type of tires, and dates of removal. Manager was also <br /> advise that if a registered waste tire hauler was use to remove the waste tires he must obtain a manifest from <br /> the hauler. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire receipts, logs, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to atwalrules@aol.com. <br />
