El Dorado St., Stockton, CA. <br /> As a result of that inspection, a violation of the hazardous waste regulations was <br /> identified. The sp cific violation and required corrective action is listed below. Failure <br /> to correct this viol tion within the scheduled period will result in further action. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATION <br /> 1. SECTION 6 26531, ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 15, TITLE 22, CALIFORNIA CODE <br /> OF REGUTIONS: The facility (aluminum anodize and the job production <br /> area) is not aintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a release of <br /> hazardous w ste constituents to the soil or groundwater which could threaten <br /> human healm or the environment. The concrete floor is badly deteriorated in the <br /> strip area where cleaners and acids drain from the tanks and onto the floor. <br /> H. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> 1. Within 30 d ys of receipt of this report, submit a plan to repair this area or <br /> discontinue urrent procedures which contribute to this degenerative effect. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send written certification to this office at <br /> the letterhead addr ss.
