Page 3 <br /> Soil Investigation Work Plan <br /> Project No. 1117.2 <br /> November 12,2003 <br /> 3.0 SCHEDULE &REPORTING <br /> Geological Technics Inc. anticipates beginning fieldwork no later than two weeks after <br /> work plan approval, issuance of the drilling permit, and approval of the cost for this work <br /> by the USTCFP. <br /> The information gathered during this phase of work will be presented in a report. Dr. Ray <br /> Kablanow, a registered geologist, will supervise this project. Copies of the report will be <br /> forwarded to both the appropriate County and State regulatory agencies (SCDER and <br /> CRWQCB). <br /> 4.0 SIGNATURE AND CERTIFICATION <br /> This project will be performed by Geological Technics Inc. in accordance with accepted <br /> geologic and hydrologic standards of the State of California accepted and in effect at the <br /> time of this investigation.
