The following is BP's response to the item noted <br /> during the inspection on October 2,2006. <br /> • CCR 2632(c)(2)(D)&CCR 2712 (b)—Monitoring and response plan is current and filed <br /> with the local agency and Monitoring and response plan is onsite. <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection,the facility lacked a current <br /> monitoring plan. <br /> On September 28,2006,a contractor, Belshire Environmental Services, Inc., submitted the <br /> monitoring and response plan to the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department(via FedEx <br /> 626818135037912). In addition,a copy of the updated plan was submitted to the facility on <br /> September 22,2006. <br /> I have also included a copy of the revised MRP that was previously submitted to San Joaquin <br /> EHD. <br />
