Any hazardous materials discovered <br /> at subcontractor's facility shall be separated out and disposed of as per California law. <br /> During the removal by laborers, Supervisor and hazardous materials handlers shall monitor <br /> and inspect the operation for discovery of additional hazardous materials. Any hazardous <br /> materials discovered in this procedure shall be handled as per Step Nos. 5 - 7 above. <br /> Step No. 9 - During and subsequent to Step No. 8 above, the laborers and the <br /> operators of the frontend loader and backhoe shall continue to remove any subsurface <br /> materials that may be exposed pursuant to Step No. 8 above.
