Deep Monitoring Wells (three) <br /> • Using Sonic rig advance exploratory borehole to an estimated depth 195 feet below grade <br /> • Collect continuous soil samples for lithology <br /> • Collect soil samples for chemical analyses at depths of 20 feet, 40 feet, 60 feet, 80 feet, <br /> 100 feet, 140 feet, 180 feet, and bottom of borehole, est. 195 feet <br /> • Collect reconnaissance groundwater samples from base of upper water bearing interval <br /> (est. 60 feet below grade), and from 2-4 other depths, depending on lithology encountered <br /> during boring <br /> • Complete boreholes as 2-inch diameter monitoring wells, 10 foot of well screen <br /> • Complete wells with flush mounted well vaults <br /> • Develop wells <br /> Deep Aquifer Test Well (one) <br /> • Advance borehole using mud rotary to an estimated depth of 195 feet below grade <br /> • If feasible, collect soil samples for chemical analyses at depths of 20 feet,40 feet, 60 feet, <br /> 80 feet, 100 feet, 140 feet, 180 feet, and bottom of borehole, est. 195 feet <br /> • If feasible, collect reconnaissance groundwater samples from base of upper water bearing <br /> interval (est. 60 feet below grade), and from 2-4 other depths, depending on lithology <br /> encountered during boring <br /> • Set conductor casing to seal off upper contaminated groundwater, estimated depth of 135 <br /> feet below grade <br /> • Complete borehole as a 6-inch diameter well, with 20 foot well screen <br /> • Develop well <br /> • Complete well with a flush mount well vault <br />
