Law LLP,Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared the enclosed letter to outline a scope of work for <br /> shallow ground water sampling at the Ripon Farm Service site at 22871 South Highway 99 in Ripon, <br /> California. The ground water investigation has be proposed to determine if activities at the RFS <br /> facility have contributed to possible high nitrate concentrations in local ground water. <br /> The scope of work includes the advancement of three soil borings to delineate the lateral extent of <br /> impacted ground water associated with fertilizer operations on the site. Field operations will be <br /> initiated once a permit has been issued and 48 hours notice will be given to the EHD for inspection. <br /> A drilling permit and application fee is attached.
