All piping and electrical was removed from the two tanks. <br /> The tank was cleaned by Bayview Environmental and then deemed non-hazardous. All residual liquid and <br /> waste was manifested and removed from the site. <br /> What do I need to do in CERS and with EH to complete the closure? <br /> I am updating the signage and SPCC plan to reflect the closed tank and new fill procedure for the remaining <br /> tank. I didn't see anything in the file regarding#203. The violation was <br /> written because portions of the SPCC plan were not being implemented. (The SPCC plan stated that fuel transfer procedures <br /> were posted near the unloading areas, no such procedures were observed posted near the unloading area.The SPCC plan stated <br /> that warning signs were posted to warn vehicles of pipes,these signs were not observed.The SPCC plan stated that contact <br /> information for reporting discharges was posted,this information was not observed in the onsite offices of E-Fuel,the operator of <br /> the tanks.) <br /> Could you please provide a statement that says that the facility is implementing the entire SPCC plan and I can close out <br /> that last violation? <br /> Thanks, <br /> Lydia <br /> 2 <br />
