Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Noe Jimenez (Tire Guy). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate posted in the office. <br /> 3.) Manifests were on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> 4.) Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report mailed to facility address. <br />
