Going forward, we will maintain duplicate waste tire
manifest files in both our main office (my location) and also in Mr. Vasquez's office in our Transportation division of the
nursery. In that way, those documents will be easily accessible when future inspections occur. Your guidance in this
matter has been greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Karen McArthur
Office Manager
BOETHING TREELAND FARMS- LODI
From: Harprit S. Waste tire manifests must be retained onsite for 3 years and be available for
review upon inspection. Usually the only issue I have during inspections is that the person managing the manifests
won't be on onsite and no one else will know where the manifests are located. These inspections have to be conducted
unannounced, so I recommend informing a few other people of the location of the manifests,so that this issue does not
arise in the future.
Thank you,
Harprit S.
