Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations. <br /> 1.)A/C 14 CCR§18459.3-A search done on WTMS resulted in 34 manifests.8 of the 34 manifests observed on WTMS were not <br /> on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> a.)Facility shall maintain a copy of the completed manifest form at their place of business.Manifest form shall be retained for 3 <br /> years and be available for review during inspection. <br /> b.)Ensure subsequent manifest are retained for 3 years. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Ted Heilman(Service Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted in the office. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.)Retain all waste tire logs,receipts and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 5.)Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 6.)Inspection report emailed to theilman@papekenworth.com. <br />
