No. 6020/Our Job No. 3518.1 <br /> Dear Kasey: <br /> On behalf of our client, BP West Coast Products LLC, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. is <br /> submitting for an Underground Storage Tank Permit for a new fueling facility at the location referenced <br /> above. <br /> This project will include the demolition of the existing ARCO AM/PM building and canopy structure and <br /> the construction of a new '2900' version convenience store. In addition, a new ARCO gasoline pump <br /> island canopy with six (6) multi-product dispensers (MPDs), and the addition of a 10,000-gallon diesel <br /> underground storage tank(UST). The three (3)existing USTs will remain. <br /> The following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> 1. One (1) completed New UST Application, including fee sheet - The contractor information <br /> will be provided at the time of permit issuance. <br /> 2. One (1)UST Service Request Form <br /> 3. One (1)UST—Facility form(Form A) <br /> 4. Four(4)UST Tank forms (Form B), one for each tank <br /> 5. Three(3) sets of tank and piping plans <br /> 6. One (1) set of manufacturers'equipment cut sheets <br /> 7.
