CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> RAYMOND ANDERSON ET AL <br /> LA-91-62 <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, <br /> a Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review) . <br /> b. The new description must reflect the correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> C. The new Deed or Record of Survey shall be recorded prior to <br /> filing the Final Map for RAM ESTATES (SU-91-16) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test <br /> is required for Parcel #1 for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> i�v c �'�es t m u,�� 6 im C - "-vWow i S r <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor' s office for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />
