Fig Avenue <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> RE: DC-86-5, 21349 Corral Hollow, Tracy. <br /> A Dwelling Cluster application was approved by the Planning Division on March 5, <br /> 1986 for the above premise. The following conditions imposed by the Local Health <br /> District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test, soil <br /> profile and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local <br /> Health District approval . A permit for the percolation test from <br /> the Health District is required. <br /> 2. Show reserve area for sewage expansion for existing house. <br /> Since approval of the Dwelling Cluster permit included San Joaquin Cocal Health <br /> District conditions, you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met <br /> prior to tuilization of the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors, the filing of the appeal <br /> stays the issuance of the dwelling cluster permit or any other permits until the <br /> appeal has been decided by the Board. <br /> Please call this office for an inspection when the conditions have been met. <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.D. , M.P.H. <br /> District Health Officer .'' <br /> C.
