The Resolution contains
14 measures aimed at improving the overall cleanup process, including measure #3, which directs
agencies to "reduce quarterly groundwater monitoring requirements to semi-annual or less unless
site-specific needs warrant otherwise". Measure#3 requires agencies to notify responsible parties of
the new requirements by August 1, 2009.
ARC wishes to assist in the implementation of measure #3, and is providing the attached
spreadsheet of sites with recommended reduced monitoring and sampling schedules, for your
consideration. We look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
4014 .
Sergio Morescalchi
Environmental Business Manager
Attachment: List of Atlantic Richfield Company Sites with Recommended Reduced
Monitoring and Sampling Schedules
by
A BP affiliated comparry
