Oak Street APN: 14124023 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> WORKPLAN: Addendum to Monitoring Well Installation <br /> DATED: April 26, 2007 <br /> PREPARED BY: Secor International Inc.—Jaff Auchterlonie, P.G. <br /> STATUS: Approved. <br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORK PLAN [Health & Safety Code <br /> (H&S) Section 25296.10(c)(3)1: <br /> • Install four(4) onsite shallow,first interface monitoring wells and, <br /> • Install one (1) deeper screened monitoring well onsite in area known to <br /> contain contamination at 80' bgs. <br /> • Collect soil samples every five feet in depth and selectively analyze samples <br /> for TPH as GRO, BTEX, six fuel oxygenates, and 1,2-DCA and EDB by 82606. <br /> • Submit a report of findings to the SJCEHD. <br /> REASONS FOR DISAPPROVAL OF THE WORKPLAN [H&S Section 25296.10(c)(3)1: <br /> • none. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • Ensure an adequate number of soil samples are analyzed from each boring to <br /> provide data for support of conclusions for plume delineation and <br /> contaminated soil mass estimates. <br /> • Selected soil samples are to be analyzed for Total lead. <br /> • The work plan addendum, as well as the report of findings is to be uploaded to <br /> Geotracker immediately. In addition, the soil data (EDF), the monitoring well <br /> construction specifications (bore log), site map with well locations (map), the <br /> depths to ground water(Geo_Well), and the survey information (x, y, z) are to <br /> be uploaded to Geotracker as soon as your consultant completes them. <br /> • The monitoring wells are to be sampled quarterly and the Quarterly Monitoring <br /> Report as a Geo_Report, as well as the ground water laboratory data (EDF) <br /> and depths to water(Geo—Well) are to be uploaded to Geotracker every <br /> quarter.
