We have uploaded the work plan addendum to geotracker(attached is the
confirmation). Only major modification from the original work plan is that the number of soil borings have been
increased from 2 to 3. We did not plan to change the number of soil gas wells and so the permit application that I sent
would be valid as it requests installation of two soil gas wells and three soil borings as shown in the work plan
addendum.
Please let me know if anything else is required for permit approval. In order to process the
permits, submit a brief addendum to the Site Assessment Work Plan explaining the new location of the added soil
borings and soil gas wells and the reason why you are adding them. Upload the addendum to GeoTracker and notify
when complete. In addition, resubmit the soil gas well permit reflecting the change and additional$125.00 for the
additional proposed soil gas,SG-3. If you choose not to modify the work from the original approved Site Assessment
Work Plan then supply a revised map indicating the correct soil borings and soil gas wells and a revised soil boring
permit.
Thanks
Angelica Sandoval Marin
3
