(AGE) has prepared the <br /> enclosed Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan for the Bogetti's Orchard Restaurant site located <br /> at 2393 East Highway 132, Vernalis, California <br /> The enclosed Work Plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and the Tri-Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB). The Work Plan presents the proposed scope of work to evaluate the vertical and lateral <br /> extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacts at the site. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee, and site-specific health and safety plan.
