Comments: <br /> Initial waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)A/C 14 CCR§18459.1-TPID certificate was not on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> a.)TPID certificate shall be on site and be posted in a conspicuous place. <br /> b.)Contact Cal-Recycle at(866)896-0600 and request a duplicate TPID certificate. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)Permission to conduct inspection was granted by John Blueford(Owner). <br /> 2.)Facility was given the waste tire receipt and removal recordkeeping sheet.Facility was advised to obtain receipts from disposal <br /> facilities and to keep track of waste tires leaving or received. <br /> 3.)No CTL or EDT activity observed on WTMS. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.)Retain all waste tire logs and receipts for 3 years. <br /> 6.)Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.)Inspection report emailed to jbluefordl@gmail.com. <br />
