�► ..f <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> THREE GROUND WATER MONITORING WELLS <br /> INSTALLED BEHIND FACE OF CURB <br /> Permit No.: 09-02W <br /> Date: August 28, 2009 <br /> Well Location: 724 NORTH HUNTER STREET ALONG THE SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STREET FRONTAGE <br /> Permittee: ADVANCED GEOENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 837 SHAW ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95215 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 028-00, passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on <br /> November 6, 2000, a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Community Development <br /> Director of the City of Stockton is hereby granted to: <br /> ADVANCED GEOENVIRONMENTAL <br /> To install and maintain three (3) ground water monitoring wells in the vicinity of 724 North <br /> Hunter Street along the San Joaquin Street frontage, Stockton CA. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 00-0554 on <br /> November 14, 2000, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2. The general location of the wells shall be as shown on the map attached. The <br /> precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. The wells <br /> shall not be installed within any travel lanes. <br />
