Park Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 2 P( � 5v6rnrr A Vila-l"61 N <br /> I t� lNS�Ru- 4-ne 5� A'flJ� <br /> i�k) mduva Wt:L `7 8�� August 24,199$ <br /> 1 INTRODUCTION oc -1 jtq. <br /> Condor Earth Technologies, Inc (Condor) conducted quarterly groundwater monitoring on July 23, 1998, at the <br /> Canepa's Car Wash facility located at 248 E Park Street in Stockton, California (Figure 1, Appendix A) The <br /> I groundwater monitoring was conducted at the request of Mr Remo Canepa, facility owner, in response to <br /> direction from Mr Ronald Rowe of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EI-1D) The groundwater samples were analyzed at a certified laboratory for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons, quantified as gasoline (Tl'H-G), toi benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (13 rEX), <br /> and for gasoline oxygenate sladdit ives as requested by the PHS/EHD <br /> This report includes a description of the field and laboratory procedures conducted during the July 1998, <br /> quarterly monitoring A discussion of the current and historical groundwater data is presented in Section 5 <br /> (Discussion of Results) Recommendations for further site investigation and modifications to the laboratory <br /> Ianalytical procedures for the site are included in Section 6 <br /> 2 SUMMARY OF RESULTS <br /> The following summary describes the data collected during the July, 1998, quarterly monitoring <br /> • Gioundwater Analysis Laboratory analysis of the groundwater sample collected from MW-4 <br /> indicated that BTEX and TPH-G were not detected at or above the laboratory reported detection <br /> limits Laboratory analytical results indicated that TPH-G was detected in the groundwater <br /> I samples collected from MW-1 at 0 09 mg/L, MW-2 at 18 mg/L, MW-3 at 0 8 mg/L, MW-5 at 23 <br /> mg/L, MW-6 at 0 06 mg/L, and MW-7 at 0 1 mg/L BTEX constituents were detected in the <br /> groundwater samples collected from all of the monitor wells sampled, excluding MW-4, ranging <br /> from 0 6 pg/L(MW-1 and MW-6) to 2,600 µg/L (MW-5) Gasoline oxygenates/additives were not <br /> detected at or above the laboratory reported detection limits in any of the groundwater samples <br /> collected from the monitor wells with the exception of MTBE, at 8 4 µg/L, in the sample from <br /> MW-6 The laboratory results are presented in Section 4 2 and figure 2,Appendix A <br /> 1 <br /> I <br /> i <br /> k <br /> `� CONDOR <br />
