These regulations <br /> govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking underground storage tank sites. The Regulations can be <br /> accessed on the State Water Resources Control Board website at www.waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (CRWQCB/CVR) "Appendix A - Reports <br /> Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites" <br /> should be used as a guidance document. The guidance document can be accessed on CRWQCB/CVR's website at <br /> www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/water issues/underground_storage_tanks/tri-regionals_appendix_a.pdf.
