Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) did <br /> submit Soil Vapor and Groundwa(er Remediation Report-First Quarter 2014, dated 30 May 2014 and in the <br /> report AGE stated that operation of the soil vapor and groundwater extraction systems was suspended on 11 <br /> February 2014 in preparation for performing rebound testing. <br /> I do need your assistance concerning a case that the State Water Board is closing. The case is Fund Claim No. <br /> 8590. Whom should I notify at theState Water Board that the Fund claimant has completed the tasks <br /> in subparagraphs (1)through (3) f Order WQ 2014-0145 - UST for Grover Family Trust, Fayette Manufacturing <br /> Corporation, 7675 West 11th Street, Tracy, California? San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is <br /> responsible for local oversight of Case No. 2233 and has received documentation that the wells associated with <br /> this case have been properly destroyed and the waste generated during the well destructions has been properly <br /> disposed. It is my understanding that the Deputy Director of the Division of Financial Assistance is to issue the <br /> closure letter but I don't know who that person is or how to contact him/her. Wanted to get some info from you regarding above referenced site. Recently they <br /> submitted a budget change request(BCR)for additional funds. Apparently they want to run existing <br /> SVE/GWE remediation for 2 more Qs. <br /> I have not seen they rebound testing report. Wanted to check with you.
