<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed
<br /> Fourth Review Summary Report for Claim Number 12325 (Fourth Report), dated 4 March 2014,
<br /> from the State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced
<br /> site. In the Fourth Report, the CUF concurs with the EHD recommendation by letter dated 31
<br /> January 2014 to sample,groundwater from the nearby domestic wells and conduct rebound
<br /> testing following suspension of operating the dual-phase extraction (DPE) remediation system.
<br /> Therefore, the EHD directs that rebound testing commence following cessation of operating the
<br /> DPE system. Collect groundwater from monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-6, MW-9
<br /> and MW-10A over the next two quarters and collect groundwater once from domestic wells
<br /> located at 701, 708, 720, and 721 West Bianchi Road and 4343 Pacific Avenue in Stockton,
<br /> California. Analyze the groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline
<br /> (TPH-g), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX), methyl tertiary-butyl ether
<br /> (MTBE), tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME) and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA).
