w
Limited Environmental Investigation May 15, 1990
ARCO Service Station 6100, Tracy, California AGS 30041-IW
Regional Recommendations), Appendix A of the Tri-Regional Recommendations, and the
Leaking_Underground Fuel Tank Manual (LUFf). A letter of acknowledgment is included
in the appendix of this work plan.
SITE BACKGROUND AND ADJACENT PROPERTY
- i
ARCO Service Station No. 6100 is on the northwest corner of Paterson Pass Road and
Interstate 580, as shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P-1). The site is approximately
1,000 feet southwest of the California Aqueduct.
The approximate locations of the present site features are shown on the Generalized Site
Plan(Pl,:e P-2). According to information supplied by ARCO,there are five 6,000 gallon
gasoline-storage tanks that are labeled T-1 through T-5 on Plate P-2. Tanks T-1 and T-2
store regular leaded gasoline, tanks T-3 and T-4 store unleaded gasoline, and tank T-5
shores super unleaded gasoline. It is our understanding from ARCO personnel that no
other tanks have occupied the gasoline-storage tank cavity and that the tanks have not
stored other fluids.
x
The site is approximately 300 feet above sea level. The area surrounding the property is
- undeveloped land.
2
AjAP%ed Caeosotems
