Site Safety Plan July 27, 1990 <br /> ARCO Station No. 6100, Tracy, Califamia <br /> GENERAL PROJECT SAFE TV REQUIREMENTS <br /> Project activities will be conducted in accordance with the following minimum safety <br /> requirements: <br /> • Eating, drinking, and smoking will be restricted to a designated area. <br /> • Gross decontamination and removal of all personal protective equipment will <br /> be performed before leaving the site. Contaminated clothing will be removed <br /> � r <br /> and collected in a drum for disposal. <br /> • Shaking or blowing dust or other materials off potentially contaminated <br /> clothing or equipment to remove dust or other materials is not permitted. <br /> • The Staff Geologist will be responsible for taking steps to protect employees <br /> from physical hazards including <br /> ' Falling objects,such as tools or equipment <br /> Falls from elevations <br /> Tripping over hoses,pipes, tools, or equipment <br /> ' Slipping on wet or oily surfaces i <br /> Insufficient or faulty protective equipment <br /> 4.
