Check that <br /> _. valves are properly installed and are not distorted. l <br /> S. Examine cartridges for signs of abuse or damage. Discard damaged items. s <br /> 6. Any respirator malfunction or deficiencies noted must be reported to the <br /> Health and Safety Coordinator or Branch Safety Officer who will issue a new <br /> -- respirator or correct the deficiencies using only approved spare parts from the <br /> __ manufacturer of the specific model in need of repair. Spare parts from any <br /> other manufacturer may not be used under any conditions.
