ri fl <br /> . j 3164 Gold Camp Drive <br /> Delta � ' � , suite zoo <br /> IRA& �� � f Rancho Cordova,CA 95670-6021 <br /> �„ <br /> Consultants,Inc. 9161638-2085 <br /> FAX 916/638-8385 <br /> November 10, 2000 <br /> Ms Margaret Lagorio <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Ave , Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject Soil and Groundwater Investigation Report <br /> Atlantic Richfield Company Facility No 6100 <br /> 25775 Patterson Pass Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Delta Project No D000-340 <br /> Dear Ms Lagorio <br /> Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc (Delta) was contracted by Atlantic Richfield <br /> • Company (ARCO) to advance one soil boring and install one monitoring well at ARCO <br /> Facility No 6100, located at 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy, California (Figure 1) <br /> The objective of this assessment activity was to evaluate if groundwater beneath the site <br /> has been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> The investigation activities were consistent with the scope of work presented in the June <br /> 5, 2000 work plan submitted by Delta and subsequently approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) with specific <br /> conditions outlined in a letter dated June 16, 2000 The work performed included drilling <br /> one soil boring, collecting soil samples for laboratory analysis, installing one <br /> groundwater monitoring well, and installing and maintaining a passive product skimmer <br /> Data gathered during the investigation were used to evaluate the vertical extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and evaluate the groundwater conditions beneath the site <br /> This report presents the activities performed during this investigation, includes soil <br /> analytical data, boring logs and well installation details, and summarizes the findings <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> The site is currently an active ARCO service station located at the northwestern corner of <br /> the intersection of Patterson Pass Road and Interstate 580 near Tracy, California The <br /> facility configuration is shown on Figure 2 The site is approximately 300 feet above <br /> mean sea level (ms]) with topography sloping towards the southeast The area <br /> . surrounding the property is undeveloped land <br /> Providing a Competitive Edge <br />
