However, the site <br /> is still significantly impacted and is in need of further remediation and investigation . The EHD directed the RP to <br /> submit a feasibility study for additional remediation and work plans to conduct additional site assessment. The <br /> CUF is almost depleted with amount paid to date of 1 ,454,740 . Additionally, AGE submitted to the Regional <br /> Board "Evaluation of Analytical Data" dated 12/22/2008 to make a determination of a new release has occurred <br /> within the last 2 to 5 years.
