CANEPA'S CAR WASH Site Code: 1225
6230 PACIFIC AVENUE
STOCKTON CA 95204
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) has reviewed
Second Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report and Treatment System Status Update,
dated July 27, 2006 , submitted on your behalf by Condor Earth Technologies, Inc.
The report documents a routine groundwater monitoring and sampling event conducted
on May 18, 2006. Groundwater samples were collected from the site monitoring wells
and submitted for laboratory analysis. Analytical results for all constituents of concern
were below laboratory detection limits in MW-4, MW-9, and MWA2 D, which is
consistent with historic results for those wells . The report recommends to reduce ground
water sampling frequencies of MW-9 and MW 12D from quarterly to annually.
SJC/EHD approves the reduction of sampling MW-9 from quarterly to annually but not
MW-12D . MW-12D is the only deep well on-site and is the only well west of MW-11
being sampled quarterly.
If you have any questions or comments , please call Frank Girardi at (209) 953-7868.
Donna Heran , REHS , Director
Environmental Health Department
011
Frank Girardi, Senior REHS Margaret Lagorio, REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Program Coordinator,
cc: James Barton, CVRWQCB
Don Kresse — Condor Earth Technologies, Inc.
